Job Requirements
- Able to walk, stand, and move around the property including stairs and uneven ground
- Occasionally able to lift or carry items up to 50 pounds
- Available to work flexible hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends
- Must be 21+ for bartending duties and legally permitted to serve alcohol
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for guest service and creating positive experiences
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and guest-focused attitude
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or museums is a plus
- Willingness to be on your feet, work weekends and evenings, and help where needed
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Excited to create a welcoming experience for every guest
- If bartending, must be 21+ and legally able to serve alcohol
- Basic computer and retail skills, Square experience is a bonus
Job Duties
- Greet and engage guests with warm, helpful energy
- Share information about Filoli's history and gardens
- Welcome guests into our Clock Tower Shop and assist them in purchasing specialty products
- Bartend at events if 21+, restock supplies, and create a fun, safe vibe
- Help manage guest flow and support special events
- Be part of a team that values sustainability, integrity, and inclusivity
