The company is currently seeking multiple Seasonal Event Operations Associates on a seasonal hourly, non-exempt basis for the timeline of April through the end of September. The role involves working varied schedules that necessitate evening, weekend, and holiday availability. This position is designed to support some of the most vibrant and high-energy local events in the Treasure Valley, including Idaho Strikers FC home soccer matches, Boise State Broncos football games, and the Idaho Botanical Garden event series.

The Seasonal Event Operations Associate role is integral to the successful execution of these events. This role requires individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. Associates will be responsible for setting up event venues, merchandising and moving products, maintaining and restocking inventory in booths, and ensuring safe handling throughout the event processes. The position demands a hands-on approach to supporting a variety of operational needs, emphasizing product movement, setup, and event execution in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Individuals working in this role can expect to engage closely with customers and event attendees, representing Hayden Beverage Company with professionalism and a service-oriented mindset. This is a physically demanding job, requiring the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds regularly, with occasional team lifts up to 158 pounds. Employees must also be capable of pushing and pulling hand trucks weighing up to 200 pounds and carrying supply containers numerous times during a shift. The position involves long periods of standing and walking, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, climbing stairs, and working under varying weather conditions, including exposure to seasonal temperatures and potentially loud event environments.
