Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- adept at using basic computer and scheduling tools
Job Qualifications
- Obtain a food handlers permit
- obtain a TABC certification
- experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- positive and committed attitude
- trustworthy and responsible
- a strong passion for hospitality
- punctual and dependable
Job Duties
- Document preparation and meeting attendance
- operational coordination including AV equipment testing and dietary accommodations
- signage management for buffets
- equipment and setup management for scheduled events
- venue maintenance and post-event space reset
- event team support and staff coordination
- communication and calendar management
- during event support as main contact and resource monitor
- post-event duties including takedown and inventory update
