The establishment will provide a sophisticated and immersive dining atmosphere across two floors, including a stellar cocktail lounge named Brohan's located on the venue's top floor. The Seasonal Event Bartender role at Roth's Sea & Steak presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, high-energy concert venue environment. This seasonal position involves working closely with bartenders and event staff to facilitate seamless and efficient in-seat food and beverage service. The role emphasizes guest interaction, problem-solving, and supporting a world-class hospitality team that upholds the highest standards of presentation and service.
As a Seasonal Event Bartender, you will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, replenishing beverages, assisting with clearing and resetting tables and firepits, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas. Precision, care, and a commitment to excellence are essential in ensuring flawless dining setups and contributing to a smooth guest experience. The position requires flexibility, as work hours include nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with event schedules.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring 1-2 years of bartending or event bartending experience, possess basic knowledge of food service, cocktails, wine, and spirits, and demonstrate excellent communication and guest engagement skills. Proficiency with modern POS systems and digital ordering tools is required, and previous experience in private dining or events is considered a plus. Physical stamina is critical, as the job entails standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, often in varying temperature conditions ranging from hot kitchen areas to cold walk-in coolers.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
- must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift)
- must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing in a busy kitchen environment
- must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion
- must be able to tolerate and work in various kitchen environments, including high temperatures and humidity near cooking equipment, cold conditions in walk-in coolers and freezers, noisy, fast-paced environments with frequent interruptions
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in bartending or events bartending preferred
- basic knowledge of food service, cocktails, wine, and spirits
- excellent guest interaction, problem-solving, and communication skills
- a high level of personal grooming, poise, and professionalism
- a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous learning
- proficient in using modern POS systems and digital ordering tools
- previous experience in private dining or events is a plus
