Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for client meetings and events
  • Valid AZ driver license provide a 39-month satisfactory MVR report
  • Obtain a tribal operator driving permit at the time of hire
  • A satisfactory result obtained through a test for illegal drugs
  • Acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid AZ driver license provide a 39-month satisfactory MVR report
  • Obtain a tribal operator driving permit at the time of hire
  • A satisfactory result obtained through a test for illegal drugs
  • Acknowledge and agree to maintain a drug-free workplace
  • Previous experience in a bar restaurant or event setting
  • Ability to stand walk and lift heavy items up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Knowledge and experience working with Gila River Indian Community or other Native American Communities

Job Duties

  • Ensure F&B areas are stocked with necessary supplies including liquor mixers ice glassware garnishes regularly replenish these items throughout the event
  • Keep F&B areas clean and organized including wiping down surfaces removing empty glasses and bottles and disposing of trash Assist with washing glassware and utensils
  • Assist all F&B team members with preparation work such as cutting fruit for garnishes preparing simple cocktails and retrieving items as needed
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the bartenders and event manager Assist with inventory counts and restocking before and after events
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering guest inquiries providing directions and ensuring guests have a positive experience
  • Assist with setting up F&B areas before events including arranging supplies and equipment Help with breakdown and cleanup after events ensuring all equipment is properly stored
  • Adhere to all health safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • Work closely with bartenders servers and event staff to ensure seamless service and a successful event
  • Assist in driving company vehicles and equipment as needed
