Job Description

The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team competing in the National Football League's AFC South Division. Established in 1995, the Jaguars have grown to become an integral part of the Jacksonville, Florida community and boast a legacy of winning four division titles. Owned by Shahid Khan, a visionary entrepreneur with diverse investments including Flex-N-Gate, Fulham Football Club, and All Elite Wrestling, the Jaguars represent more than just a sports team; they are a vital pillar of Northeast Florida's cultural and economic landscape. Mr. Khan's leadership has fueled significant investments in team facilities, including capital improvements to EverBank Stadium and the creation of Daily's Place, a premier venue that hosts over 40 concerts annually. Moreover, through the Jaguars Foundation, the Khan family has contributed more than $38 million to charitable causes, focusing on neighborhood revitalization, youth programs, and NFL-wide initiatives. In recent developments, the Jaguars, in partnership with Iguana Investments, opened the Miller Electric Center in 2023, a state-of-the-art sports performance and football operations hub. Plans for the Jacksonville Shipyards' first phase are underway, aiming to transform the St. Johns Riverfront into a vibrant mixed-use sports and entertainment district that will feature a Four Seasons Hotel and private residences, office buildings, and modern marina facilities. Additionally, the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville announced a forward-looking project to develop the 'Stadium of the Future,' securing the franchise's presence in Jacksonville for many generations. This innovative stadium design will include a protective canopy, expansive concourses, communal spaces, lookout decks, advanced in-bowl technology, and a Floridian nature park, while sustaining annual traditions like the Florida-Georgia Football Classic and TaxSlayer Gator Bowl and enabling future marquee events such as Super Bowls and Final Four tournaments. The Jacksonville Jaguars are committed to fostering a dynamic, inclusive company culture rooted in core principles of Passion, Respect, Innovation, Dedication, and Empowerment (PRIDE). This philosophy supports continuous learning, excellence, creativity, and fun, building an energized workforce passionate about sports, entertainment, and community leadership. Joining the Jaguars means becoming part of a championship-driven NFL team, a cutting-edge entertainment company, and a devoted community partner.

This part-time, season-long position involves morning-to-afternoon and afternoon-to-evening shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and culinary skills, ensuring outstanding guest experiences.
