Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with relevant experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability for seasonal 7 day work weeks of 8 to 12 hours per day
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Must pass motor vehicle record check
- Willingness to travel up to 5% for company-related events
- Ability to meet specific vision requirements
- Must work onsite with no telecommuting option
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate
- Previous Gallo experience or winery/vineyard experience preferred
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and any shifts as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to handle close vision, color vision, depth perception and adjust focus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Transport grape samples between vineyards, wineries, and laboratories
- Handle grape samples with care and ensure proper logging
- Deliver samples accurately and on time
- Assist with grape sorting, labeling, and sample preparation
- Maintain an organized and clean laboratory environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate updates
- Support field and lab operations during harvest season
