Brewery Ommegang is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team during the summer high season in the Tap House Back of House. This seasonal role is perfect for candidates who have prior kitchen experience and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. The position requires individuals who can stand for extended periods and maintain flexibility in their schedules, including availability for holidays, nights, and weekends. Job Duties
- Prepare food for daily service
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- handle equipment, appliances, small wares, supplies, and tools
- cook menu items in cooperation with rest of kitchen staff
- process and manage food tickets ensuring that food comes out simultaneously, in a high quality and timely fashion
- report equipment and menu issues to management
- clean up stations and take care of leftover food
- wash dishes used in kitchen throughout the day
- stock inventory appropriately
- comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- follow all opening and closing instructions
- maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
