Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Oklahoma ABLE alcohol license
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs repeatedly
  • must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move consistently throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and spirits
  • able to make recommendations confidently
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multi-task and remain composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and guest service focus
  • previous cocktail serving or bartending experience preferred
  • hotel or upscale lounge experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Promptly greet guests and take beverage and food orders accurately
  • deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
  • operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and handle cash/credit transactions securely
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and work areas
  • reset, bus, and maintain tables and lounge areas between guests
  • perform assigned side work and assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • communicate effectively with bartenders, food runners, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
  • extend and present checks accurately and obtain appropriate signatures when required
  • adhere to all state and company alcohol service and cash handling policies
  • perform additional duties as assigned by management
