Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk bend down repeatedly and stand for 8 to 10 hours a day
- Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 3 years of related work experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Passion for best-in-class customer service and team player mindset
- 1-3 years of work experience with 1 plus years in retail preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently including identification verification payment handling answering inquiries promoting loyalty program bagging product
- Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers engaging to build relationships informing about products and services
- Participate in wine spirits and beer training to build product knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements promotions and loyalty programs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
