Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years cashier experience in luxury retail environment preferred
- knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak retail days
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to handle confidential customer information
- effective communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- physical ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to learn technology procedures
- knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- college degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of cashier experience in luxury retail preferred
- strong knowledge of fashion trends and retail marketplace
- proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including use of iPads, laptops, Mobile POS, and walkie talkies
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
- ability to learn new technology-based procedures
- knowledge of store policies and procedures
- ability to adapt communication to diverse customers
- ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- Create lasting impressions by greeting customers warmly and offering your name
- engage customers in verbal and non-verbal conversation at the Cashwrap and while in line
- read customer cues and assess their needs
- demonstrate high integrity in capturing customer information and maintaining confidentiality
- perform cashier end-of-shift audits with management
- verify, approve, and complete return processes according to policy
- ensure repairs and damaged/scrap returns are processed and labeled according to policy
- assist in training and developing Cashiers
- monitor and report equipment issues
- maintain SKU integrity
- maintain Cashwrap organization and cleanliness
- suggest add-ons and sell gift cards
- handle media and cash accurately and securely
- deliver purchased products to customers appropriately
