Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be employed for this role at ALDI
- Meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages

Job Duties
- Consistently demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role
- Adhere to the company’s customer satisfaction guidelines and demonstrate appropriate interactions with customers and co-workers
- Assist customers with problems or concerns, and contact store management as appropriate regarding customers with problems or concerns
- Provide feedback to store management on all products, including recommending new items to carry, products that should be discontinued, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues that could impact productivity
- Support store management in providing a safe environment for fellow employees, customers, and vendors by identifying and rectifying hazards and/or equipment in need of maintenance
- Assist store management in achieving store payroll and total loss goals
- Adhere to inventory procedures and product handling guidelines
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Comply with all other established company policies and procedures
- Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and return misplaced items to shelves
- Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader
- Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
- Other duties as assigned
