Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- less than 1 year experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks including identifying and selling products based on customer needs, explaining warranties, product features, benefits, assisting customers in locating products, building customer relationships, identifying and resolving customer issues, zone recovery, and housekeeping
- ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law

Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, assist customers by understanding their needs and helping with locating, selecting, carrying, or loading merchandise, respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and associate questions by walking them through projects, demonstrate sincere appreciation to customers, communicate information regarding stock, special orders, product features, benefits, application, and warranty details, write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rentals and tool repairs in the Tool Rental Department, cross-functionally train in other store areas to enhance customer service, detect and report signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks, maintain compliance with housekeeping standards and safety programs, operate store equipment as necessary depending on role and department
