The CAMPO and Pool Bartender role at Four Seasons Resort Napa Valley is a seasonal full-time position available from April through October. This role demands a team member who is passionate about providing top-tier service by mixing, blending, and serving an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks while maintaining adherence to Four Seasons’ high standards. Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent experiences
Minimum one year bartending or related work
Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task in a high volume and demanding environment
Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients and drinks to answer questions and accommodate off-menu requests
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
check completed orders with the guest’s original order
Service and take orders from guests seated at a bar area offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item’s origin, taste, and preparation methods
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar and back-bar stations
Properly and accurately close guest checks

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
