The current opportunity is for a CAMPO and Pool Bartender, a seasonal role running from April through October. This position calls for an individual who can provide exceptional and anticipatory service to guests, demonstrating expert knowledge about wines, spirits, and mixed drinks. The CAMPO Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in line with Four Seasons’ high standards and ensuring every guest interaction is engaging and informative. This role goes beyond simply mixing drinks — it requires enthusiasm for sharing information about the origins, tastes, and preparation methods of beverages, thus enhancing the overall guest experience.
The ideal candidate will work closely with lounge servers and other team members, confirming orders accurately, processing payments seamlessly, and maintaining the bar environment with meticulous care. They will also assist with bar inventory, operational upkeep, and occasionally provide support in other Food & Beverage areas during high volume periods. The position demands excellent multitasking abilities and strong problem-solving skills to respond swiftly and appropriately to guest needs or concerns. - Minimum one year bartending or related work
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of all alcoholic and non-alcoholic ingredients and drinks to answer questions and accommodate off-menu requests
- Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel's point-of-sales system
- check completed orders with the guest's original order
- Service and take orders from guests seated at a bar area offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of bar and back-bar stations
- Properly and accurately close guest checks
