The seasonal CAMPO and Pool Server position at Four Seasons Napa Valley is an exciting opportunity tailored for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-end hospitality settings. Available from April through October, this full-time role demands flexibility in scheduling as it includes morning, midday, and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Job Duties
- take guest orders and describe menu items including origin taste and preparation methods
- communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using point-of-sales system
- coordinate food and beverage timings
- check completed orders and deliver to guest tables or lounge chairs timely
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns and requests
- accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments
- break down clean and set up tables buffets and food stations
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- assist with CAMPO bartending duties during relief periods and scheduled shifts
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
