Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent experience
  • 1 plus years food service or related work
  • required Food Handlers Permit and Responsible Beverage Service permit
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • high school education or equivalent experience
  • 1 plus years food service or related work
  • required Food Handlers Permit and Responsible Beverage Service permit
  • knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas highly desirable
  • preferred experience in luxury hotel or resort
  • strong oral presentation skills
  • ability to carry and balance a tray and accurately process cash and credit card transactions
  • ability to multi-task in high volume and demanding environment
  • strong problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and guests
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • take guest orders and describe menu items including origin taste and preparation methods
  • communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using point-of-sales system
  • coordinate food and beverage timings
  • check completed orders and deliver to guest tables or lounge chairs timely
  • anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns and requests
  • accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments
  • break down clean and set up tables buffets and food stations
  • work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • assist with CAMPO bartending duties during relief periods and scheduled shifts
  • comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
