Job Requirements
- high school education or equivalent experience
- 1 plus years food service or related work
- required Food Handlers Permit and Responsible Beverage Service permit
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- high school education or equivalent experience
- 1 plus years food service or related work
- required Food Handlers Permit and Responsible Beverage Service permit
- knowledge of Napa Valley and surrounding areas highly desirable
- preferred experience in luxury hotel or resort
- strong oral presentation skills
- ability to carry and balance a tray and accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- ability to multi-task in high volume and demanding environment
- strong problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations and guests
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- take guest orders and describe menu items including origin taste and preparation methods
- communicate guest orders and special requests to the kitchen using point-of-sales system
- coordinate food and beverage timings
- check completed orders and deliver to guest tables or lounge chairs timely
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to concerns and requests
- accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit card payments
- break down clean and set up tables buffets and food stations
- work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- assist with CAMPO bartending duties during relief periods and scheduled shifts
- comply with Four Seasons work rules and standards of conduct
