The LifeCafe Staff plays a critical role in ensuring that every customer receives high-quality food and beverage items prepared according to recipe and speed of service standards. Responsibilities include preparing food, shakes, and espresso drinks quickly and accurately while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the café. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and beverage making
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
