Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to pass Canterbury Park's pre-employment screening which includes a criminal background check and verification of work history
- Must be able to attain a Minnesota Racing Commission (MRC) license

Job Duties
- Lead by example
- Maintain a high degree of hospitality and a positive professional demeanor at all times
- Create high levels of morale, foster teamwork, inspire collaboration, and provide growth suggestions to management
- Maintain prompt and courteous service to all Canterbury Park guests
- Review reservations, greet and seat guests in assigned tables, troubleshoot when needed, support cabana servers, and run food to cabanas
- Set up, clean, restock, and reset assigned work stations throughout and after shifts
- Maintain clean tables in cabanas throughout the shift
- Perform other duties as assigned
