Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling competence
- Proficient with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand, bend, push, pull, reach and twist frequently during shift
- Ability to lift, carry or move up to 25 lbs continuously or frequently during shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail and service sales goals including guest loyalty and omni-channel sales
- Greet and engage each guest entering the store to provide personalized service and product recommendations
- Handle customer service transactions such as sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experience and drive sales
- Book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events while achieving sales objectives
- Stay informed about new and existing products and services to effectively educate and serve guests
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
- Promote an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- Share guest loyalty program benefits and Ulta Beauty app use with guests
- Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
- Participate in ongoing training including brand and category education
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code
- Keep assigned work area stocked, signed, and faced ensuring testers availability
- Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area
- Participate in merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipping tasks
- Follow loss prevention best practices
- Execute other operational tasks as directed
