Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- passion for guest service and competency in selling
- proficiency with basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to troubleshoot
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink
- ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment, greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions and sales, recommending products or services
- courteously handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders
- perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience
- book appointments for and support the execution of services and in-store events
- stay informed about new and existing products and services, be knowledgeable about ingredients and benefits
- maintain prompt, regular attendance
- contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- share benefits of guest loyalty programs including credit and app usage
- collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
- participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- adhere to dress code
- maintain assigned work area replenished and orderly
- uphold outstanding store standards including cleanliness of salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area
- participate in merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and unloading shipments
- follow loss prevention best practices
- execute other operational tasks as directed
