HHM Hotels is a distinguished name in the hospitality industry, renowned for delivering exceptional experiences through its luxury and lifestyle properties. As part of the prestigious Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division, HHM Hotels is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and guest satisfaction. The company prides itself on its core beliefs—People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It—which drive its mission to create memorable stays for every guest. HHM Hotels fosters a diverse and inclusive work environment, ensuring equal opportunities without discrimination based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any protected status. This commitment to diversity and inclusivity contributes to a collaborative workplace where every team member is valued and empowered to thrive.
The Seasonal Bartender role at HHM Hotels offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests by providing outstanding beverage and food service in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. This position focuses on delivering courteous, timely, and friendly service to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have experience in bartending or mixology and demonstrate strong customer service skills alongside a keen attention to detail. Working as a seasonal team member, bartenders will play a critical role in ensuring the bar areas are clean and organized and that drink orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. This job also offers clear professional growth paths within the food and beverage department, with opportunities to advance to roles such as Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager. This progression allows motivated individuals to build a rewarding hospitality career.
Bartenders will be responsible for preparing garnishes, checking customer identification for compliance with legal age requirements, and managing the complete payment process smoothly. They will be expected to adhere to safety and environmental standards, including HHM’s EarthView sustainability program, OSHA regulations, and proper handling practices. The role requires standing for extended periods, physical activity like lifting and bending, and a flexible work schedule that may include holidays and weekends. Candidates must be ready to work collaboratively, maintain high standards for guest satisfaction, and uphold HHM’s commitment to excellence and service. Additional certifications such as TIPS and Food Sanitation will be considered advantageous but are not mandatory at the time of hiring.
