Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
previous bartending or mixologist experience required or equivalent training
able to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
able to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend and reach with arms
willing to follow safety standards including MSDS and OSHA
comply with EarthView sustainability guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
previous bartending or mixologist experience required or equivalent training
TIPS certified a plus
food Sanitation certificate a plus, required within 90 days of employment

Job Duties

Maintain clean and organize bar areas
slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks
check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
prepare and serve drink and/or food orders
take orders and serve and clear food and beverage to guests seated at tables in bar and lounge areas
issue guest check and complete payment process
follow standards for identifying and managing intoxicated guests
