Candidates for the Seasonal Bartender position should have at least one year of related education, training, or experience and demonstrate proficiency with computerized point-of-sale systems. Requirements include strong knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks, proper operation of bar equipment, and a firm grasp of applicable liquor laws and cash handling procedures. A valid State Food Handler's License and State Mixologist Permit are mandatory.
