Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of bartending experience preferred
- RBS and food handlers certified
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be organized and able to multi-task
- Basic math and computer skills
- Possess an energetic, positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team environment
- Able to communicate with individuals from different backgrounds, using strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn the menu thoroughly and answer food and beverage-related questions from guests
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Can perform high-quality work while unsupervised
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver food trays and other items
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business demands dictate
- Willingly perform other reasonable tasks and duties as assigned by Management
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of bartending experience preferred
- RBS and Food Handlers certified
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and recall menu items thoroughly
- Skilled in cash handling and POS systems
- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Basic math and computer skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and a fond farewell
- engage them in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Provide exceptional guest hospitality and service to ensure guests enjoy their experience
- Learn and maintain expert knowledge of the food, wine, and beverage menus, along with general restaurant/property knowledge
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders, input orders into point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensure charges are accurate and maintain a balanced cash bank
- Suggestively upsell menu items, specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance profitability
- Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and offer customized beverage recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area following sanitation standards
- Address and resolve any guest complaints
- notify management ASAP about unresolved issues
- Always maintain a composed and professional attitude
- Become familiar with all returning guests, know their preferences and special requests
- Perform other related duties assigned by Management
