The employment is through the employer of record, DLV Hamptons Management LLC, and is available for a seasonal period from May 1, 2026, to October 7, 2026. The position of seasonal Bartender is an integral part of Discovery Land Company’s Food & Beverage - Service Department. As a bartender at Discovery Land Company’s Hamptons venues, you will execute craft cocktails, continuously bringing fresh and innovative drink ideas to management, ensuring your offerings remain exciting and refined. You will interact directly with patrons and waitstaff, greeting guests promptly and politely, ideally by name, to create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas is crucial to operational excellence. The role involves following established cocktail recipes and preparing house-made ingredients with precision, assuring consistency and quality in every drink served. Proficiency in using the point-of-sale system to handle transactions and provide accurate checks is required. An extensive knowledge of beverages, ingredients, and suitable food pairings is expected, along with a comprehensive understanding of wines to assist members with expert recommendations. Throughout all guest interactions, a sense of urgency and responsiveness is essential to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
