Currently, Beer Baron is launching a seasonal Halloween Themed Pop-Up from September to November, followed by the highly anticipated Sippin Santa Pop-Up running from November through January. To support this exciting expansion, Beer Baron is seeking passionate and world-class bartenders to join their Pleasanton location. This part-to-full time position is perfect for dedicated professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to delivering top-tier customer service. Candidates should have a strong passion for craft beer, cocktail preparation, and profound knowledge of whiskey.

The bartender role involves multitasking while maintaining a hospitable and focused demeanor under pressure. Candidates must be team players with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, proficiency with digital platforms and excellent time management skills are essential. This role also encourages creativity and problem-solving within the program, promoting new ideas and efficient solutions to challenges. A foundational knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer, wine, and spirits, particularly whiskey, is important to excel in this position. Building and maintaining relationships with recurring clientele is a key part of the role, fostering a loyal customer base and enhancing the overall guest experience.
