Job Requirements
- Experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, or country club setting is a positive but interested candidates with similar background in service/hospitality encouraged to apply
- Excellent knowledge of mixing and serving drinks, as well as wine and beer selection
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Knowledge of POS systems and credit card transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests warmly and take their orders for drinks and food
- Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails and spirits
- Monitor and control the inventory of bar supplies, such as alcohol, mixers, garnishes and ice
- Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked, including glasses, utensils and equipment
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times and provide exceptional customer service to members
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
- Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns and take appropriate action to resolve any issues
