Job Requirements

  • Experience as a bartender in a high-end restaurant, bar, or country club setting is a positive but interested candidates with similar background in service/hospitality encouraged to apply
  • Excellent knowledge of mixing and serving drinks, as well as wine and beer selection
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Knowledge of POS systems and credit card transactions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests warmly and take their orders for drinks and food
  • Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails and spirits
  • Monitor and control the inventory of bar supplies, such as alcohol, mixers, garnishes and ice
  • Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked, including glasses, utensils and equipment
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times and provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area
  • Comply with all state and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and concerns and take appropriate action to resolve any issues
