Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience or relevant hospitality experience
Knowledge of various liquors recipes and bar tools
Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Availability to complete liquor liability training within 30 days of hire

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of drink recipes and bar inventory management
Proficient in cash handling and familiarity with MICROS or equivalent POS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid certification in liquor liability training or willingness to obtain
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Duties

Efficiently maintain bar supplies including preparation of daily requisition as necessary
Be completely familiar with all different kinds of liquor recipes and prices of drinks proper glassware used for each recipe as well as garnishes needed
Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
Be familiar with accurate cash handling procedures including proper discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage intake of all monies
Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations at all times
Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction in each interaction
Be formally trained regarding liquor liability within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter
