Job Requirements

Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid Indiana Alcohol Server Permit required
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous experience in barback or restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties

Stock the bar with liquor, mixers, syrups, glassware, garnishes, and other necessary supplies before and during service
Refill ice wells, change kegs, and restock beverages, napkins, and bar tools throughout the shift
Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready bar area by wiping surfaces, clearing glassware, and emptying trash as needed
Assist bartenders with prep work, such as cutting garnishes and setting up service stations
Communicate effectively with bartenders, servers, and managers to ensure seamless service
Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and safety procedures
Support themed nights, events, and high-volume shifts with professionalism and a positive attitude
Work as part of a close-knit team to create a fun and memorable guest experience
