We are currently inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Full Time Seasonal Barback. This role is a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in supporting a professional bar team to deliver an outstanding guest experience. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the bar. Your responsibilities will include keeping the bar area clean and organized, restocking essential supplies, assisting bartenders with drink preparation, and promptly responding to any immediate needs during service.

This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of both bartenders and guests efficiently. Your contributions will directly enhance the overall ambiance and enjoyment of our guests, helping uphold The Nest's reputation for excellence in hospitality. Seasonal employment is expected to begin in mid-May and conclude by the end of September, with exact dates subject to business demand. Candidates must be available for the entire season to be considered. This is a full-time, hourly position starting at $18.00 per hour, complemented with a taxable 20% service charge added to each check. A large portion of the service charge is distributed to service personnel, and gratuities are fully retained by the colleagues.
