Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a professional pastry kitchen
- Must have knowledge of basic pastry prep such as granola, jams, and spreads
- Able to maintain focus on production in a high energy atmosphere
- Can weigh out recipes using scale
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the ever-changing climate of a new business opening
- Works well under pressure
- Passion for good food and quality customer experiences
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits
- ServSafe certification or Food handlers certificate
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Able to work 8+ hour shifts while standing or walking for extended periods of time
- Able to commit to early morning shifts (5-6AM)
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to grasp, lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
- Able to maneuver effectively around the kitchen, restaurant office, and up/downstairs

- Able to maintain focus on production in a high energy atmosphere
- Can weigh out recipes using scale

- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits

Job Duties
- Pastry prep and production, baking, restocking, daily product inventory, cleaning and organizing the kitchen
- Execute the morning bake in order to have all display and stock ready 15 minutes before opening
- Continues to produce throughout the day at pars and intervals set by the CDC
- Maintain high standards of quality and appearance of all food prepared and served
- Execute daily production lists and maintain inventory that reflects the pars set by the CDC
- Work cleanly and maintain a tidy workstation
- Identify efficiencies/inefficiencies in production
- Adhere to policies, standards, and systems set by the company and management team
- Take a daily inventory of back stock, new production, served product, and waste
