Job Requirements

minimum 14 years of age
ability to work a seasonal schedule
strong interpersonal skills
capacity to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks outdoors
good communication skills
willingness to work as part of a team
no prior experience required but a positive attitude essential

Job Qualifications

basic customer service skills
ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
effective communication skills
team-oriented and reliable
previous experience in customer service or golf settings preferred but not required
ability to learn and follow safety procedures

Job Duties

provide excellent customer service to park guests
ensure a safe and clean operation of golf course facilities
assist with maintaining the cleanliness of amenities and grounds
respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
support event logistics and daily operational tasks
monitor safety protocols and report hazards
collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
