We are currently seeking a skilled Seamstress/Seamer to join our dedicated Valet and Laundry team. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the impeccable appearance of our guests' garments by providing expert alterations and repairs. As a Seamstress/Seamer, you will be responsible for using industrial sewing machines to perform proactive and requested garment alterations, such as hemming pants, fixing buttons and zippers, and other mending tasks. Your role ensures that all adjustments are completed within specified timelines and to the highest degree of accuracy, thus upholding the luxury standards expected by our discerning clientele.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various fabrics and sewing techniques, including draping, fabrication, and pressing. You will have a minimum of three years of experience working with high-end merchandise in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Your expertise will allow you to accurately determine which garments can be altered and how best to approach each task while maintaining the garment's quality and style. Besides technical skills, this role requires excellent guest interaction, as you will be presenting a pleasant and positive attitude when engaging with customers. Your responsibilities also extend to ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness and safety in the work area, and performing clerical duties associated with the alterations process.
