The role of the Assistant Team Leader at Whole Foods Market is a dynamic and vital position integral to the successful operation of the store. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Assistant Team Leader supports all aspects of daily operations, including profitability monitoring, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor management, regulatory compliance, and special projects. This position requires a candidate with at least 18 months of retail Team Member experience and 6 months of supervisory experience, coupled with a growth mindset and a passion for coaching others. Job Requirements
