Job Requirements

Must have a current food handler's card or certificate
Must be able to provide proof of employment eligibility
Must have open weekend night availability Friday-Sunday 3pm-10pm
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

Current food handler's card or certificate
Ability to provide proof of employment eligibility
Open weekend night availability (Friday-Sunday 3pm-10pm)
Experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems
Excellent phone etiquette

Job Duties

Acknowledging and welcoming incoming guests
Inputting orders at the counter
Taking payment for To Go / Pick Up orders
Retrieving food for To Go / Pick Up guests
Communicating with kitchen about the status of paid orders
Keeping track of Paid Waiting and Paid To Go guests
Double checking all items before giving an order to a guest
Ensuring guests have plates, napkins, and condiments, assisting to their car if necessary
Thanking and welcoming back all guests
Directing guests to other parts of the restaurant such as seater podium, bar, or restrooms
Maintaining the cash drawer including money responsibility, accurate payments, giving correct change, and breaking bills
Backing up other front-of-house positions as needed
Answering phone calls promptly within 2 rings
Staying near the phone at all times
Prioritizing and courteously managing phone calls including placing on hold when necessary
Using proper phone etiquette
Taking orders quickly and accurately over the phone
Paying close attention to complicated information such as credit card numbers and delivery details
Providing accurate promise times for Pick Up and Delivery
Answering common guest questions
Taking messages for management
Backing up other front-of-house employees
