Job Requirements

Comfortable working nights and weekends (especially Friday & Saturday ‘til midnight)
Flexibility to help at other Charmery locations when needed
Ability to lift 30 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
Reliable phone and internet access
Must be 16 or older

Job Qualifications

A genuine desire to make people happy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus

Job Duties

Deliver legendary customer service with kindness and efficiency
Craft sundaes, scoop ice cream, and blend shakes like a pro
Share our story—what makes our ice cream (and team) special
Keep the shop sparkling clean and fully stocked
Master the art of the waffle cone
Follow safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
Wash dishes, help teammates, and jump in wherever needed
Be reliable and ready to hustle when lines are long and spirits are high
