This role invites professional, safety-conscious drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $40.50 per hour, with sign-on bonuses—$5,000 for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week and $2,500 for part-time employees working 20+ hours weekly. Additional premium pay is offered, including an extra $2.00 per hour for school bus routes and $1.00 per hour for motorcoach routes. Pay scales consider safety bonuses, years of experience, CDL class, and endorsements. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401k plan with matching; annual pay raises; quarterly safety performance bonuses; holiday pay; uniforms provided; paid time off up to 80 hours per year with incremental increases based on tenure; and paid DOT medical card and physicals.
The Driver role at TransWest is integral to transporting business clients reliably and safely on scheduled routes and delivering a seamless commuting experience. Drivers conduct daily vehicle safety inspections, report any defects promptly, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and complete all operational documentation accurately. Strong professionalism and safety awareness are imperative. Drivers interact with clients in a courteous and welcoming manner, effectively communicating to provide excellent customer service in every interaction. The ability to perform DOT daily inspections and fuel equipment as needed is expected. Other duties may be assigned to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy working independently while also responding well to direction, have a passion for customer service, and can maintain the highest safety standards.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- acceptable motor vehicle record
- commercial driver's license class A, B or C
- passenger endorsement
- current or active DOT medical card
- must pass pre-employment DOT drug test
- enjoy people and excel at customer service
- able to communicate proficiently in English
- able to work independently yet able to take direction
- able to pass a criminal background check

Job Duties
- Transport business clients to and from scheduled routes safely and reliably
- conduct daily vehicle safety checks on assigned vehicles and report any defects in a timely manner
- complete all required operations documentation fully and accurately daily
- create a welcoming environment and deliver seamless experience for corporate commuters
- be professional and safety minded
- perform DOT daily inspections on assigned equipment and fuel equipment as necessary
- provide excellent customer service in every interaction
- maintain vehicle cleanliness
- perform other duties as assigned
