School Bus Driver (CDL) - Premium Pay Available

This role invites professional, safety-conscious drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $40.50 per hour, with sign-on bonuses—$5,000 for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week and $2,500 for part-time employees working 20+ hours weekly. Additional premium pay is offered, including an extra $2.00 per hour for school bus routes and $1.00 per hour for motorcoach routes. Pay scales consider safety bonuses, years of experience, CDL class, and endorsements. The Driver role at TransWest is integral to transporting business clients reliably and safely on scheduled routes and delivering a seamless commuting experience. Drivers conduct daily vehicle safety inspections, report any defects promptly, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and complete all operational documentation accurately. Strong professionalism and safety awareness are imperative. Drivers interact with clients in a courteous and welcoming manner, effectively communicating to provide excellent customer service in every interaction. The ability to perform DOT daily inspections and fuel equipment as needed is expected. Other duties may be assigned to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy working independently while also responding well to direction, have a passion for customer service, and can maintain the highest safety standards.
