Job Requirements

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred

  • Attention to detail in proofreading and document preparation
  • Experience providing customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties while providing excellent communication and customer service
  • Provide clerical support
  • Prepare correspondence, proofread documents for spelling, grammar and correctness
  • Assist in maintaining student files/information
  • Maintain paper and electronic files
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines, and monitor tasks to maintain work flow
  • Support students and staff with frequent questions
  • Supervise students working independently in common area outside office
  • Supervise and support students in mentoring office skills
  • Maintain positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Apply problem solving skills to issues as they arise
  • Perform other clerical duties as directed by the Assistant Director and/or Director of Education
