Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel
- Comfortable learning POS systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in grocery
- Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy
- Familiarity with the Catapult system is a plus
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Duties
- Create, prep, and hang signage for everyday shopping and special events like Local Day, Flash Sales, and First Friday
- Keep prices and product info up-to-date with weekly audits and updates
- Make sure coupons and sale items are correctly signed and merchandised
- Partner with Data, Category, and Marketing teams to keep things coordinated
- Review endcaps, displays, and departments to ensure they are looking their best
- Scan UPCs weekly and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Stay on top of signage standard operating procedures for consistency and branding
- Handle technical signage tools including printers, vinyl tags, and Zebra tags
- Support other departments as needed to foster teamwork
