Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of retail experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Comfortable learning POS systems
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in grocery
  • Strong data entry skills with speed and accuracy
  • Familiarity with the Catapult system is a plus
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

Job Duties

  • Create, prep, and hang signage for everyday shopping and special events like Local Day, Flash Sales, and First Friday
  • Keep prices and product info up-to-date with weekly audits and updates
  • Make sure coupons and sale items are correctly signed and merchandised
  • Partner with Data, Category, and Marketing teams to keep things coordinated
  • Review endcaps, displays, and departments to ensure they are looking their best
  • Scan UPCs weekly and troubleshoot discrepancies
  • Stay on top of signage standard operating procedures for consistency and branding
  • Handle technical signage tools including printers, vinyl tags, and Zebra tags
  • Support other departments as needed to foster teamwork
