Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work mornings, afternoons and evenings as scheduled
- Physical ability to stand and serve for extended periods

- Previous fine dining, catering or banquet serving experience may be required depending on location
Job Duties
- Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments
- Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
- Memorize or write orders on checks, relay orders to kitchen, and serve food and beverages from kitchen and service bars
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
