Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
good communication and customer service skills
reliability and punctuality
ability to memorize and accurately take orders
physical stamina to serve food and beverages throughout shifts

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented
adaptable
reliable
able to nurture a healthy and safe working environment
0 - 1 year of related experience
previous experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet serving may be required at certain locations

Job Duties

Serve food and beverages to patrons at counters and tables in coffee shops, lunchrooms, and other dining establishments
Present menus to customers, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Memorize or write order on check, relay order to kitchen and serve food and beverages from kitchen and service bars
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
