The SCA Lead Food Service Worker position at DECA-MCGUIRE AFB is a full-time employment opportunity with a steady pay rate of $19.53 per hour. This role is vital in the daily operations of food service locations on client premises managed by Sodexo. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of food service experience
  • Open availability for varying shifts including days and hours
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to learn and take on additional duties as needed

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Serve as a cafeteria and/or delicatessen/bakery worker helping in the preparation, presentation, and serving of many food items
  • Assist in preparing, cooking, receiving and unloading trucks, and storing stock
  • Take special orders or unusual food requests from customers
  • Take payment from customers
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
