Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • Reliable and punctual with good attendance record

Job Duties

  • Provide oversight at the direction of management to coordinate routine work activities of SCA Cook II and lower-level service employees engaged in food operations
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Prepare menu items in large quantities using various cooking methods
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
