The ideal candidate brings at least one year of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment, with strong communication and organizational skills. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain national food safety certification during employment. Physical demands include the ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in varied temperature environments.
