The role of Assistant Shop Manager is a key position within our operational team. This is a leadership role focused on managing daily shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall store management team. Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program, which can add between $1.50 and $2.00 per hour to their hourly wage based on performance. This role not only involves overseeing staff and maintaining store standards but also requires communication and coordination using Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
