The role of Assistant Shop Manager is a key position within our operational team. This is a leadership role focused on managing daily shop operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall store management team. Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program, which can add between $1.50 and $2.00 per hour to their hourly wage based on performance. This role not only involves overseeing staff and maintaining store standards but also requires communication and coordination using Microsoft Outlook and Teams. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoy working with people, and are capable of handling responsibilities such as cash and inventory management. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation is necessary
  • Ability to work Sundays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily shop operations including timely opening and closing on manager's days off
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings
  • Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management
  • Monitor and train new employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment
  • Communicate effectively using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Handle cash and inventory management
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking shop performance goals
