Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years food service and production experience
- at least 2 years of culinary supervision experience
- current local health and safety certifications
- proven coaching or training experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

- demonstrated food service and production experience (2-3 years)

Job Duties
- Prepare or directly supervise the preparation of a wide variety of food items, soups and sauces per prescribed recipes
- assist the savory manager with inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning, and issuing supplies and equipment for food production
- consistently maintain standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods
- consult on proper staffing for maximum productivity and high standards of quality
- control food and payroll costs to achieve maximum profitability
- support completion of production sheets and other records as required
- assist in preparation of reports, cost menus, make schedules, and perform administrative duties as assigned
- support hiring activities and supervision of savory team when management team is not present
- support the development of partners through meaningful coaching conversations informed by observed performance
- set inspirational tone for partners by role modeling Starbucks Mission and Values along with the Reserve Kitchen vision
