Job Duties

  • work efficiently and independently in all aspects of sides, entrees, grab and go sandwiches, soups, grab and go salads, ice cream, deli sauces and meat department marinades (reading and scaling recipes, gathering ingredients, utilizing all available equipment, etc.)
  • responsible for ensuring all kitchen produced items are properly packaged and labeled for sale
  • meet daily market demands for multiple locations with a team that can grow
  • adheres to the production schedule and communicates with culinary director if unable to execute on time
  • consistently deliver the highest quality product demonstrating integrity in process and technique
  • monitors food supplies and purchases systematically to ensure proper inventory turnover and ingredient quality
  • responsible for department security and safety
