This position is for a Sauté or Broiler Cook who plays a vital role in upholding the restaurant's reputation by preparing high-quality food items to order according to specific recipes and presentation guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding guests' expectations by delivering dishes that meet the highest standards, accommodating special guest requests, and supporting timely and efficient table service. The role requires coordination in food preparation to guarantee that meals are delivered promptly while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation protocols. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen role preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
