  • In-depth knowledge of cold food holding according to state regulations

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects when necessary

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble ingredients required for sautéed dishes
  • Cut, slice, and marinate meats, vegetables, and other ingredients according to recipes or Chef's instructions
  • Operate sauté 10 burner stove top and cooking equipment to prepare food accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain proper cooking temperatures and adjust cooking times to ensure desired texture and flavor
  • Follow established recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
  • Adhere to standardized cooking methods and ensure timely cooking and presentation of dishes
  • Work closely with the Chef's team to ensure high-quality food delivery
