  • uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols to maintain a professional workspace
  • communicate clearly with both the kitchen crew and front-of-house staff to get orders out accurately and on time
  • handle essential daily tasks such as station setup, ingredient prep, and restocking supplies
