Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- minimum one year experience in restaurant back of house kitchen environment
- ability to perform measurement conversions
- ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- advanced knowledge of kitchen stations and equipment
- ability to prepare food using various cooking methods
- attention to detail
- collaboration and teamwork
- communication skills
- understanding of cultural sensitivity
- problem solving skills
- must successfully complete restaurant training program
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Report to work at the side station on time in an approved and clean uniform
- maintain professional demeanor and hygiene during shifts
- season, cook, and plate all side station food products according to standards
- complete station closing duties each shift
- assist in kitchen cleanliness and closing tasks
- maintain sanitation and food safety of work area
- promote a team-oriented environment and use The Sizzle language with guests and team members
- check and communicate stock levels and equipment needs before shifts
- assist in food preparation and side work as assigned
- restock food items and supplies throughout shifts
- uphold company and restaurant standards and guidelines
- set up the side station with necessary items
- communicate with broiler cook to ensure timely service
- prep and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to management
